Simple Weather Widget App Reviews

Takes very little space on today view while providing both hourly and daily forecast along with lots of other info such as humidity wind sunset etc, updates when I pull down NC and the scrolling text never annoyed me like others complained!

I loved this widget when it first came out, it packed a lot of info and options in a small space, but IAP creep and wildly inaccurate forecast data have made me abandon this for BeWeather and its widget.

The best weather widget! Complete, compact, with a nice design that can be modified with several options (icons, background color and text ...) I hope that the French language will be included in a future update. Essential Widget!

I love this widget because it displays all the info we need in a very small way. Awesome!!

This widget is great. The weather forecast is accurate the design simple and to the point. It packs quiet a bit of info into little space. This way one can see the weather and for instance also the calendar all on one screen without the need to scroll! Thanks. Keep it up!

Good info, but it doesnt update. Mine is currently sitting with a spinning wheel and a message saying that the last update was 4 hours ago. Sort of useless.

Very nice widget ... But would be perfect if this app would be modified as an universal app giving us a proper iPad layout in the notification center and when using the app to configure its settings.

This app is great for the most information about weather in a clean compact way. Seems to be bug in 9.2.1 that the data disappears until I tap. Hopefully this is fixed soon!

Well, its almost good but couple of things made me remove the app. First of all geolocation issue. It is impossible to set location manually. Only automatic mode. Thats a shame. Next one - app isnt localized. Hey, Russia is too big to avoid localization :) So, keep my buck for further development and ill just wait until the app to be perfect. Нельзя задать местоположение руками и нет русского. Бедненько, но аккуратненько. Платить рановато за такое.

Ive been looking for a widget that shows both hourly and daily forecasts in a compact way and his app is perfect for that. Only comment I would make is not sure how accurate the data source is - seems out of line with most other apps incl. the Apple one which seem to be pretty accurate in my experience. An option to select different met data sources would be very nice.

Its a really nice widget. My daily summaries just werent working for me. I can even include a picture and it shows up in my widgets, but its inaccurate compared to all my other data. I trust my iPhones preinstalled weather app the best, but since it doesnt have a specific widget I downloaded one, the temperatures are actually quite different.

It is easy to use. But its not accurate nor does it update regularly. If I cant figure it out soon I will have to delete it. Sorry.

This is the perfect weather widget. It shows all the essential information and offer customizable infos to view in the widget. It is also one of the few widgets that actualy shows the wind. What makes this app awesome is that it refreshes every time you open your widget to look at it ( unlike most apps ). It also shows you hour forecasts on the widget and daily lows. Awesome app !!!

Just what I was looking for. Takes up minimal space in "Today" view but provides all the needed info. Seems accurate and timely. The locations indicated seem strange and somewhat random. Not sure where they come from. I would prefer just the name of the city.

Best weather widget Ive found. Updates conditions fast, lots of info without taking up a lot of space. New version seems much more accurate (thank you!) but still not quite as good as Weather Underground or NWS for my location.

The customization options are incredibly in-depth, and I love the style. The only other thing I could ask for is the option to open a different weather app of my choosing when I tap the widget.

This weather widget is the cleanest looking, most detailed widget Ive found.

Beautifully designed, configurable, regularly updated, and the developer responds quickly to questions and suggestions. This is by far the best weather widget available.

I cant believe how few weather widgets there are available on the App Store. Nevertheless, this is the only one that you need. Unlike some other weather widgets, this one doesnt hog the entire Notification Center yet it still manages to provide far more useful information that the widgets from the big-name developers. It respects the fact that the Notification Center is a limited space. The widget is also customizable so you can display as little or as much information as youd like. Just one tweak is all this widget needs. It would be nice if the widget would list the city for which the weather is currently displayed. I travel a lot and it would be nice to have that information so I know exactly what city the widget is using (otherwise I have no idea if the widget properly updated for my new location). Other than that it is a nice clean interface that looks great in my Notification Center.
